LS election campaigning for Vellore ends tomorrow
Vellore Lok Sabha election campaigning to end on Saturday. Last minute campaigning is heating up as Edappadi Palanisamy and MK Stalin are competing with each other in campaigning for their candidates.

The Lok Sabha election in Vellore was stopped as a huge amount of money was found in one of the candidates' office. The election will be conducted on 5th August and counting of votes will take place on 9th August.
Candidates for this election are New Justice Party leader A.C.Shanmugam from AIADMK , DMK’s treasurer Duraimurugan’s son Kadir Anand from DMK and Deepa Lakshmi from Naam Tamilar Party.
The campaigning ends on Saturday at 6 pm. As the election will take place in three days, the campaigning is happening in full swing.
In order to support his candidate, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy will canvass in Annaicut legislative assembly on Thursday at 5 pm and in rally in Vellore legislative assembly at 6 pm. Deputy Chief Minister O Paneerselvam is also campaigning.
Correspondingly, DMK's administrators have divided into groups to campaign in the six legislative assemblies. On behalf of his candidate, DMK chief MK Stalin will campaign in Gudiyatham legislative assembly’s segments Umarapad, Pernambut, Kamalapuram, Erthangal, Gandhi Savuk, Gudiyatham bus stand, Pallikonda at 4 pm.
On Saturday, Stalin will join the rally in Vellore Mandi street to campaign for Kadir Anand. DMK leaders KSAlagiri, Kader Moideen, Jawahirulla, Mutharasan will also join him in the rally. This full- scale campaigning has made Vellore constituency very festive.
