Duraimurugan discharged from hospital

The DMK in a statement said that the party treasurer, who was admitted due to illness, had recovered and returned home.

The vociferous politician was suffering cold and respiratory ailments and, after thorough scans and medical checks, was advised for a two-day admission in the hospital. With good improvement in health Duraimurugan was discharged. A decade back the DMK leader had underwent a bypass surgery.

With the assembly session scheduled from June 28, the DMK leader will outsmart the ruling AIADMK on his pet subject of water management.
