AR Rahman defines free will in TN education with Cambridge dictionary

Autonomous is the word. For those informed about New Education Policy (NEP) the word carries a lot of implications, for the unaware, it is a vocabulary building tweet from a musician.

Rahman has no dearth of attention but consciously stays away from it. But he has been ruling news for the past two days, for his vocal support of the revised draft of Kasturirangan's committee.
