Around 3 pm on Wednesday, he told his friend that he was going to sleep but did not return till 9.30 pm. When his friend went to call him for dinner, he was found dead in his room, the police said. On information, the Choolaimedu police reached the spot and sent the body for post-mortem examination to the Kilpauk Government College Hospital. A case has been registered and further inquiry is on.
