SL man held in connection with Easter blasts, has Aadhaar card
Sri Lankan national Danukka Roshan, who was arrested by the city police on Wednesday for staying without a passport and other genuine documents in Chennai for the last one year, was in possession of an Aadhaar card, sources said on Thursday.

The card bore the name Sudarshan. Police sources said that Roshan was involved in a murder case in Colombo. The police are now hunting for one Shyam, who is believed to have arranged for an Aadhaar card for the Sri Lankan national. “We were told that Roshan received his Aadhaar card from Shyam in Kundrathur. We are now trying to locate him. Only after catching him will we know if he had arranged such fake documents for others,” the police said. They also believe that Shyam prepared fake documents for Roshan to submit with his Aadhar card application.
Interestingly, Danukka Roshan was arrested by the city police after sleuths from the Q branch and special division, grilled him for his possible links with suicide bombers, who triggered blasts in Sri Lanka on Easter Sunday killing 253 people and injuring hundreds others.
