Tamil Nadu Government to reply Nalini's parole plea by July 11
Nalini had moved the court for a 6 months parole plea for her daughter's marriage. Madras High Court has ordered the Tamil Nadu government to respond in this regard.

Nalini who was one of the main accused in the Rajiv Gandhi assassination, is under rigorous life imprisonment for the past 27 years. Meanwhile, she had appealed to the Madras High Court for 6 months parole to attend her daughter's marriage.
Nalini has also requested to appear in person for argument.
The Madras High Court bench consisting of Justice Sathiyanarayanan and Justice Nirmal Kumar which accepted the plea petition, has ordered the Tamil Nadu government to respond by June 11.Â
The bench also suggested Nalini to move the Special court, for immediate grant of parole. The bench has postponed further hearing to June 11.
