Big clash: PM, Rahul in Madurai on same day

Venkatesan of the CPI (M), an ally of the Congress-led front for the Madurai constituency on Friday evening after his series of campaigns in Salem and Theni, Modi will canvass for votes for the AIADMK’s VVR Raj Satyen, who is pitted against Venkatesan on Saturday, sources said.

The Prime Minister is also scheduled to visit on April 12 and 13 to campaign for BJP’s Nainar Nagendran for the Ramanathapuram LS seat and also for AIADMK’s P Raveendranath Kumar, who is contesting from the Theni LSconstituency.
