OPS to campaign for NR Congress today

AIADMK legislature party leader A Anbazhagan told reporters on Tuesday that Panneerselvam, who will be proceeding to Cuddalore from Villippuram via Puducherry, will canvass for NR Congress Lok Sabha candidate Dr Narayansamyat Madagadippattu. Later, he will canvassat Villianur, Mudaliarpet and Thavalakuppam of the UT.

Taking objections to Chief Minister V Narayanasamy’s campaign, Anbazhagan said the Chief Minister is talking in election meetings in an ‘uncivilized’ manner out of fear of defeat. He is describing the opposition parties as ‘thieves’ and the Lt Governor as ‘ghost’ which does not suit the stature of his post, he added.

He said that it was certain that the Congress cannot win the elections. Anbazhagan said that the NR Congress candidate is a doctor and belongs to political family and has gained experience in a phased manner. He will easily win the polls here, he claimed.
