SCERT releases model question paper for Class 12 board exams

Accordingly, all the model question papers could be downloaded from the SCERT portal for all the 14 subjects. SCERT said that it will also bring model papers with answer key for Class 10 board exams by next week.

A senior official from SCERT told DT Next on Friday that the answer key would be useful during the revision for the 8 lakh students and the model question papers would be available for Tamil, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Botany, Zoology, Computer Science, History, Economics, Accountancy, Commerce and Statistics.

“The question paper and answer key for Class 11 students based on the new syllabus will be made available very shortly,” he added.

The official pointed out that more than 4 lakh students of Classes 11 and 12 have downloaded the books for practical exams uploaded by SCERT. The official said that during the next academic year even practical question papers would be made available in video format.

He said that authorities are also planning to distribute question bank with answers to Classes 10, 11 and 12 students through the schools from next academic year onwards. According to him, the distribution of question bank to the students in the government schools would be at free of cost.
