Addressing reporters at the airport here, Vaiko said the Prime Minister was acting against the interests of people in Tamil Nadu.
“The TN government, which is spineless, is supporting whatever the projects the Centre wants to execute in the State,” he said.
Later talking to reporters in Tirunelveli, he said the State government and the TNPCB were acting in favour of the reopening of Sterlite plant in Thoothukudi.
Stating that the DMK-led alliance would win all the 40 LS seats in the upcoming polls, Vaiko said the BJP was relying on money power to woo voters but would be defeated.
