Revaluation to be done before the students concerned: Anna University
Anna University announced on Wednesday that paper applied for revaluation would be done before the students concerned.

After Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption unearthed a scam in the revaluation of papers in the prestigious Anna University, the university announced on Wednesday an unexpected change in revaluation procedure that the papers applied for revaluation would be done under the eyes of students concerned.Â
The university announcement stated that this new procedure would be followed from next semester.
DVAC cited Dr GV Uma, professor of Department of Information Science and Technology who was the former controller of examinations of Anna University, as the as main suspect in the case.
A case has been booked against 10 people, including assistant professors, for alleged malpractices in revaluation process in 2017 to award enhanced marks to the students.
