VIT launches sale of entrance exam applications

Chancellor G Viswanathan handed over the first application to a candidate in the presence of vice president GV Selvam, VC Anand Samuel and PRO VC S Narayanan. A Demand Draft drawn in favour of VIT university for Rs 1,200 should be submitted to get the application, which can also be collected from 22 head post offices all over the country. 

The applications will cover the 4 campuses of the university at Vellore, Chennai, Bhopal and Amaravati in Andhra Pradesh. The online entrance exam will be conducted between April 10 and 21 at 175 centres located in 124 cities in the country and also at Dubai, Qatar, Muscat and Kuwait, he added.
