Sasi’s counsel wants one-man panel to probe Deputy CM Panneerselvam
Deputy Chief Minister O Panneerselvam should be summoned as part of the ongoing probe by Justice A Arumughasamy Inquiry Commission related to the death of former chief minister J Jayalalithaa, said VK Sasikala’s counsel Raja Senthoor Pandian.

The Sasikala camp has placed repeated demands to send summons to the Deputy Chief Minister and Chief Minister, Advocate Raja Senthoor Pandian said that by taking their testimony, the truth of the matter will emerge.
Meanwhile, the petition by S Gurumurthy, editor of Tughlak magazine, requesting the withdrawal of summons issued to him has been dismissed by the commission. The Inquiry Commission stated that exempting Gurumurthy would set a precedent for others to refuse to cooperate with the Commission.
Apollo Hospitals doctors Senthil Kumar and K Bhaskar appeared before the commission on Tuesday while doctors from AIIMS will appear before the Commission on Thursday.
It has also emerged that Neurologist Arulselvan, who deposed on Monday has revealed that Jayalalithaa had suffered from tremors in her hands due to nervous weakness.
