Appointments in Rajini camp gain momentum

Office-bearers for the women’s wing of Chennai, Virudhunagar, Tirunelveli and Sivaganga have been appointed over the past few days. Appointments to the youth wing, commerce wing, lawyers wing, doctors wing, teachers wing, and IT wing have also gained momentum in over ten districts. In Cuddalore, former youth wing office-bearer Rajini Vignesh has been elevated to the post of deputy secretary.

Since Rajinikanth’s announcement last year, his fan clubs across the state have been organised under a nodal body, the Rajini Makkal Mandram. Over the past months, the recruitment of members and appointment of office-bearers for various posts have been completed under the supervision of state secretary Raju Mahalingam and chief co-ordinator VM Sudhakar.
