AIADMK organ flays actors, TTV

“The actors have been emboldened since the voice of Jayalalithaa would not be heard again,” said a poem which did not spare Rajinikanth either. However, it did not comment on actor Vijay, but came out against his father and director SA Chandrasekhar for making a film titled ‘Traffic Ramaswamy,’ a strong critic of the ruling AIADMK.

Interestingly, the poem indirectly opposed the closure of Sterlite factory, flaying those who are opposing it and the Chennai-Salem green corridor. The poem titled ‘Yekkathil Thamizhagam’ (TN longs for Jayalalithaa’s return) criticised actor SVe Shekhar for defaming women.

It also lashed out at directors Amir, Bala, Palaniappan, Gowthaman and Bharathiraja. The party organ slammed actor Mansur Ali Khan for instigating violence. The only politician attacked indirectly was AMMK leader TTV Dhinakaran who it said was hiding in Puducherry till Jaya was alive.
