Suspension of law college student temporarily revoked
The principal said the suspension was being temporarily revoked, based on the interim report by an inquiry panel, an appeal from the student and also considering her future.

The suspension of a first year woman student of Government Law College here for allegedly trying to create communal divide by her remarks over the rape incidents in Unnao and Khatua was temporarily revoked today.
R Priya was suspended on April 13 following complaints from fellow students that she had been trying to force them to speak against the government and also asking them to boycott classes over the rape incidents.
Besides,Assistant Professor R Ammu, deputed to inquire into the complaint, was prevented by her from carrying out his work, college principal K Gopalakrishnan had said.
The principal said the suspension was being temporarily revoked, based on the interim report by an inquiry panel, an appeal from the student and also considering her future.
This would be temporary revocation and the future course of action will depend on the final report, he said in a release.
