LG Bedi visits Chettipet, sanctions infra works

Bedi also heard the issues raised by the villagers to help boost the economy of the village. 

According to a Raj Nivas release, Thayalnayaki, representative of Art of Living, introduced their programme of inculcating values among youth. During the visit, farmers requested the Lieutenant Governor to help lay a kuchha road along the river to transport farm produce. The Lieutenant Governor directed the authorities to take up the road laying under MNREGA, if it is permitted under the guidelines of the scheme.  

The villagers also requested her for a dining space for the Government Primary Schiool in the village, which she said would be constructed under the MNREGA.
