Dhinakaran will disappear soon, warns OPS
Deputy Chief Minister O Panneerselvam took a veiled dig at Amma Makkal Munnetra Kazhagam (AMMK) leader TTV Dhinakaran, saying that those who left the AIADMK to start a new party will soon disappear.

“This party, founded by MGR and built into a strong fort cannot be shaken by anyone,” he said, while participating in the marriage solemnising function in Thondamuthur near Coimbatore. In an apparent reference to Dhinakaran, the Deputy CM said, “What they got after leaving us was only a party’s name. But we have got ‘Idhayakani’ (fruit of the heart), which includes the Two Leaves symbol, flag and AIADMK party.”
Ministers SP Velumani, KA Sengottaiyan, M Thangamani and Udumalai K Radhakrishnan were among those others who took part in the event.
