Anbumani held at Anaikkatti
PMK state youth wing president and Lok Sabha member Anbumani Ramadoss and his party president GK Mani, besides 200 party activists, were arrested on Sunday when they tried to resort to agitation against the construction of a check dam across Siruvani river by the Kerala government at Anaikkatti in Coimbatore district.

Police said the PMK leaders and activists first resorted to an agitation without permission and later, tried to cross the border and marched towards Kerala to protest the check dam construction. All of them were arrested and brought to Coimbatore, police added.
