Traffic diversion in Tiruchy for Vaikunta Ekadasi

According to a press release, city buses proceeding to Srirangam should go via Mambalasalai, Thiruvanaikkaval, Gandhi road, JAC corner and EVS road and reach Srirangam bus stop. They can reach Chathiram bus stand only through Amma Mandapam and Mambalasalai.

The release further added that the mofussil buses moving towards Ariyalur,

Perambalur, Musiri from Chathiram bus stand should go through Karur bypass, KT junction, Sasthri road, Maruthi hospital, MS Point, HPO roundtana and TVS tollgate.

Also, buses going towards Chathiram bus stand should pass through Palpannai roundtana, Gandhi market and Madurai road. The changes would be in force from January 28 to 29 between 12 noon and 10 pm respectively.

Heavy vehicles proceeding to Thanjavur from Karur should go through Kulithalai, Musiri, No 1 tollgate and then take the Chennai bypass road, the release added.
