Case against Naachiyaar in Karur court
A petition has been filed in the Judicial Magistrate Court against actress Jyothika and director Bala against the use of unparliamentarily words in the yet to be released film Naachiyaar and the case would be heard next week.

D Pandian of the Indiya Jananayaga Katchi (A) said that director Bala hasd recently released a trailer of the Tamil movie Naachiyaar, in which one of the scenes was portrayed in a way that the female lead (Jyothika) openly uttering words in a filthy language.Â
According to Information Technology Act, usage of such words is an utter violation, of decency he said.Â
Subsequently, he approached the Judicial Magistrate Court and sought the removal of those scenes from the movie and initiate action against both Jyothika and Bala.Â
The case comes up for hearing on December 4.
