TNCC chief welcomes Congress Working Committee move

Urging Rahul to take over Prime Ministership after defeating sectarian BJP across the country, Thirunavukkarasar said that independent India was facing sectarian threat never like before under Modi’s rule. 

Claiming that Rahul was waging a battle in Gujarat to defeat the threat posed by communal BJP of Modi, the TNCC chief said, the Congress party believes that it could defeat the sectarian and retrograde BJP led by Modi at the national level by defeating the saffron party in Gujarat Assembly elections Thirunavukkarasar welcomed the resolution adopted by the Congress executive committee meeting chaired by incumbent president Sonia Gandhi and former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
