Income tax official missing; search on to trace him

A 37-year-old Income Tax official from the city was reported missing since October 13 and a search is on to trace him, police said today.

Shivakumar's father in his complaint to police stated that his son had not returned after he left home at 6 AM on October 13.

Police are investigating whether he had gone to his relative's house or he had been kidnapped by someone, they said.

Two special teams have been formed to trace the missing person, they said.
