TTV Dinakaran files fresh plea over symbol dispute

In the petition, Dinakaran said that Ramkumar Adithan of Tiruchendur had filed a petition at Madurai Bench of Madras High Court based on which the court had directed the ECI to allot the party symbol to any of the factions by October 31. 

However, the High Court had not listened to his arguments and that of a senior AIADMK leader, Semmalai. The ECI had directed all of them to file affidavits by September 29. So, the court should direct ECI to provide proper time for filing the additional affidavits and to not allot party symbol for any of the factions till the filing of affidavits is completed, prayed Dinakaran.
