Beware of BJP: CPI leader
Political parties in the state should create an able infrastructure to oppose the BJP, which has been acting against the interests of Tamil people, said C Mahendran, National Executive Committee member of CPI on Thursday.

Speaking to media persons in Thanjavur, the CPI leader said that the BJP has been strategising to defeat the state parties in Tamil Nadu and they should understand the motives behind the acts of the Centre. He exhorted all parties in the state to develop a common platform that could oppose the BJP’s tactics.
He further alleged, “The BJP is hell bent on destroying the 3,000-yearold culture of Tamils. By using their power at the Centre, the BJP is making the most of the political uncertainty in the state.” However, the people are clear and they would defeat the BJP,” he added.
