Lay down clear rules, PMK tells state

PMK youth wing leader Anbumani Ramadoss in a statement, said that the High Court (Madurai Bench) had dismissed a petition pertaining to stoppage of drawing water by famous cola companies. “We have to note that in the judgement, judges have asked that while there are many beverage companies, why should two companies be banned from drawing water,” he said and added that it was a clear indication that the government had not taken people’s support into consideration. “Going by the present scenario, it is a clear indication that the government has supported the beverage companies,” he noted.
