Tamil Nadu goes down to Uttarakhand in one-sided duel

Bowling first, the tourist restricted the host to 172 for six in its stipulated overs. Arshi Choudhary (67) continued her purple patch on a disappointing day for Tamil Nadu, stroking her way to a patient fifty. Requiring less than four runs per over, Uttarakhand cruised to the target in 42.3 overs, losing only two wickets in the process. Jyoti and Kanchan did the bulk of the scoring for the winning side, smashing 11 boundaries between them.

Chhattisgarh 201 for 7 in 50 overs (Shivi Pandey 45, Tejal Hasabnis 32, Manpreet Kaur 28,
Shivani Krishna 37, Priya Khatkar 3/39) beat Haryana 182 all-out in 48.4 overs (Bhawna Ohlan 51, Shivangi Chauhan 41, Sheetal Rana 55). Points: Chhattisgarh 4(16); Haryana 0(8).  

Tamil Nadu 172 for 6 in 50 overs (Eloksi Arun 30, Arshi Choudhary 67, S Meenakshi 26*) lost to Uttarakhand 175 for 2 in 42.3 overs (Jyoti Giri 80, Kanchan Parihar 63*). Points: Uttarakhand 4(8); Tamil Nadu 0(4).
