U-23 game ends in a draw

Courtesy its first innings lead, Bengal collected three points while Tamil Nadu picked up one. The visitor, chasing 372 for victory and having an overnight score of 24 without loss, came agonisingly close of the target.

When Tamil Nadu (370 for nine) required only two runs for a success with one wicket in hand, bad light stopped play. Opener D Gauri Sankar (100) and all-rounder R Sonu Yadav (95) did well with the bat for the away side.
