Hoops of Fire from Nov 20
The fourth edition of the ‘Hoops of Fire’, an annual basketball competition for schools, will be held at the HLC International School, Sholinganallur, between November 20 and 23.

Around 30 teams, featuring 360 athletes, are expected to take part in the four-day event. The competition, this year, has attracted competitors from the districts of Chennai, Kancheepuram, Thiruvallur, Coimbatore, Salem, Erode and Thoothukudi. ‘Hoops of Fire’ – an event completely crowd funded by parents, well-wishers and supporters – had 40 teams in the previous edition (2018).
