Lorenzo’s teammates, Johnny Aubert and Michael Metge, are at P25 and P28 respectively after Stage 1, which saw riders cover a distance of 540 kilometres. TVS’ best racer Lorenzo was thrilled to complete the stage alongside topriders.
“The navigational terrains are a big challenge, but our team and technicians are keeping a good check on the bike, ensuring optimum performance in the rally,” said Lorenzo. Team manager David Casteu was all praise forLorenzo.
“He is doing exceptionally well and is going at a good pace. Johnny is riding without mistakes, while it was a long day for Michael. But we are confident of bettering our showing in the next stage,” said Casteu.
