Malaysia, Korea men’s teams post victories
SO Malaysia and SO Korea won their respective Men’s Division 1 semi-final matches in the Special Olympics International Football Championship (SOIFC) 2019 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium here on Monday.

While SO Malaysia defeated SO Bharat 1 5-0, SO Korea got the better of SO Bangladesh 2-0. In Women’s Division 1 last four stage, SO Russia and SO Philippines registered victories. SO UAE and SO Indonesia picked up wins in Women’s Division 2 semi-finals.
Results: Men’s Division 1 semi-finals: SO Malaysia beat SO Bharat 1 5-0; SO Korea beat SO Bangladesh 2-0.
Women’s Division 1 semi-finals: SO Russia beat SO Bangladesh 13-0; So Philippines beat SO Bharat 1-0.
Women’s Division 2 semi-finals: SO OAE beat SO Malaysia 3-2; SO Indonesia beat SO Maldives 6-0.
