TNPL 2018: Dindigul Dragons back on top as they beat Kanchi Veerans by 7 wickets
Dindigul Dragons outplayed Kanchi Veerans in all aspects of the game and beat them by 7 wickets to get their third win on the trot.

Dragons opening batsman Hari Nishanth got them off to a flier with his hard-hitting. He scored 50 runs off just 33 balls with 6 fours and 3 sixes to his tally. Dragons skipper Jagadeesan played an anchor's role after the fall of Hari.
NS Chaturved who came out in the 16th over and smashed 41 runs off just 17 balls with 3 fours and 3 sixes. Chaturved stayed till the end and finished the match in style with a huge six. He has taken the roll of a finisher quite well.
The Veerans were quite sloppy on the field. They will surely regret missing the chance of getting both Nishanth and Jagadeesan at the start of the innings.Â
Kanchi Veerans' middle-order batsmen Mokit Hariharan and Francis Rokins scored fifties each to take Kanchi Veerans to defendable score against the Dindigul Dragons.
Kanchi Veerans started on the back foot as the opening batsman Vishal Vaidhya got run out in the first ball of the match.Â
The top order batsmen were blown away through some disciplined bowling and even better fielding by the Dragons. But they let the Veerans of the hook.Â
Rokins and Hariharan steadied the innings by getting ones and twos, after they were set both unleashed themselves on the Dindigul bowlers scoring 113 runs in the last 60 balls.Â
