TNPL 2018: Kovai Kings beats Karaikudi Kaalai in nail-biting super over

Lyca Kovai Kings skipper Abhinav Mukund played a crucial knock of 59 from 44 deliveries which also helped the team to make the scores level after 20 overs.

Antony Dhas of Kovai kings displayed an all-round perfomance by taking 2 wickets plus 20 runs in the death overs.

Maan Bafna quickfire 22-ball 44 helped set the score for Karaikudi Kaalai. Openers Aditya and Anirudha started well leading the team up until 86 runs. Bafna's innings came to an end when Kaalai 's T Natarajan took an easy catch at 116. 

Kovai Kings pulled things back with regular wickets from there on.
