Led by its star raiders and strong defenders, India made easy work of Pakistan as it dominated the proceedings.Â
Skipper Ajay Thakur along with Rohit Kumar and Monu Goyat scored points at ease to lead India to a comfortable victory. In the defensive department, it was Girish Ernak who did the most damage as he racked up five tackle points. Pakistan can still qualify for the semi-final if it beats Kenya in its next match.Â

India inflicted an all-out in the 9th minute and Pakistan’s defence just couldn’t get going in the first 10 minutes as it failed to score a single tackle point. However, it opened its account in the 11th minute. India’s raiders inflicted damage on the Pakistanis in the first half as they scored 11 points led by Rohit Kumar and captain Ajay Thakur. India went into the break leading 18-9.
