PKL: Thalaivas retains Ajay Thakur

The league on Monday announced the players who would continue their association with their respective franchises for PKL Season 6, starting October 19, 2018.
A total of 21 players from Season 5 were retained by nine different franchises.
The “Elite Player Retention” framework will help in building team continuity for the longer term and hence the franchises decided to retain key players for the upcoming season.
The list of “Elite Retained Players”:
- Bengal Warriors: Surjeet Singh and Maninder Singh
- Bengaluru Bulls: Rohit Kumar
- Dabang Delhi KC: Meraj Sheikh
- Gujarat Fortunegiants: Sachin, Sunil Kumar and Mahendra Ganesh Rajput
- Haryana Steelers: Kuldeep Singh
- Patna Pirates: Pardeep Narwal, Jaideep, Jawahar Dagar and Manish Kumar
- Puneri Paltan: Sandeep Narwal, Rajesh Mondal, More GB and Girish Ernak;
- Tamil Thalaivas: Ajay Thakur, Amit Hooda and C Arun
- Telugu Titans: Nilesh Salunke and Mohsen Maghsoudloujafari
