Coimbatore defeated Tiruchy by an innings and 101 runs after the latter was bowled out for 101 in the second innings in the TNCA Under-16 Inter Districts tournament semifinal match at the Sri Shakthi Institute of Engg & Tech Ground in Coimbatore. 

Senthil Kumar and R Ashwin picked up three wickets each to guide Coimbatore to a big win.
