St Patrick’s boys post win
St. Patrick’s Higher Secondary School romped home in both the junior and senior boys categories of the Reliance football tournament that resumed here on Friday.

Its junior boys got lucky in the 13th minute, as Umesh found a way past two defenders to score the all-important goal. MCC Higher Secondary School fought hard to get back into the match but just couldn’t find the equaliser. It lost 0-1.
St. Patrick’s had an easier outing in the senior boys class, thumping a hapless Chinmaya Vidyalaya 7-0. Simion led the charge with a hat-trick, scoring in the 8th, the 12th and the 19th minutes. As if that wasn’t enough, Chinmaya Vidyalaya scored a self-goal in the 54th minute to add to its own misery.
