K L Rahul precluded of IPL
Opener Lokesh Rahul has been ruled out of the Indian Premier League due to a shoulder injury he sustained during the Border-Gavaskar Trophy and will not be able to play for the Royal Challengers Bangalore in the upcoming Twenty20 tournament starting from April 5.

Rahul, made six half-centuries in four test match series against Australia recently. Despite being in pain Rahul proved to be very influential for India in the series and with 393 runs he was the third best scorer.
The Bengaluru team had a fear of Rahul's injury and the team feared that the batsmen could be out of the tournament for the entire season.Â
The 24-year-old Rahul suffered a shoulder injury during the first Test against Australia, but despite this, he continued to play in the entire series. Rahul had made two half-centuries in the second Test in Bangalore but simultaneously said that due to his injury, he couldn't play big shots.
