Rahul, Kathan sizzle as Gujarat beat TN

Batting first, Tamil Nadu were shot out for 93 in their first innings and Gujarat responded by scoring 227 in their first. In the second innings, TN managed 295 setting a target of 162 for the visitors. Rindhiya, an eighth standard student, scored eight points out of the possible eight to secure the overall second place in the tournament. Sri Suruthika (VIII std) won the first place in U-14 category while Abdullah (V std), Rakohna (II std) and Shavan Swaminathan (V std) grabbed the second place in U-10, U-8 and 12 categories respectively.
