Local League: All-India Lava YSCA cricket from tomorrow
The 47th All India YSCA Trophy Cricket Tournament will be held from May 1 to June 26. The all-India tournament, held for 47 years without a break, will feature schools, colleges, institutions apart from teams from first division and lower divisions in Chennai in the first stage.

The super league all-India phase will have SBM Bangalore, BPCL Kochi, Kerala State CA, Indian Navy, Mumbai. The organisers said they have made provision for three more outstation teams.Â
The Gandhi Nagar ground, Murugappa ground and Chepauk will be the venues of the tournament. From the quarter-final stage, the tournament will be played on turf wickets. The final will be played on June 26 at the MA Chidambaram Stadium.
First day fixtures: YSCA A vs National CC (7.45 am) and YSCA B vs India Japan Lighting (1 pm) at Gandhi Nagar ground.Â
