Tirupati Navrathri Brahmotsavam is scheduled to begin on Friday, 16th October 2020 and ends on 24th October 2020.

Recently, the Tirumala Brahmotsavam was also celebrated last month as the annual Brahmatsovam festival. As this is a month of  'Adhika', there are two Brahmotsavams being held to Lord Venkateshwara.

Accordingly, the Navarathri Brahmotsavam begins on 16 October, the Devasthanam CEO said. Since the pandemic situation is still prevailing in the State, the temple authorities have decided to conduct the event with few restrictions in place.

Earlier it was said that the 'Veedhi Ulaa',  a part of Brahmotsavam will be conducted with limited devotees. But the decision has been withdrawn and now it is announced that the 'Veedhi Ulaa' has been cancelled and the entire Brahmotsavam event will be held inside the temple premises.
