This is a week where you are likely to be at odds with the women in your life. This could be with the strong opinionated ones who are very present physically as well as spiritually. This is also an indication that Nine-day devi worship is beginning and this will influence your life one way or the other. There will be a lot of interactions with the feminine side of your life through people situations and occasions. It is a time to understand that and to accept that this makes up half of life and it is fully worthy of your attention. This is indicated by the Queen of Swords who is someone strong, crystal clear and one who makes difficult decisions wisely. Metaphorically speaking, this is a time to honour the Goddess and all her magnificent qualities and you would do well to celebrate her in any way you think fit.

20 April – 21 May

The major preoccupation for most Taureans will be about the future and about incoming family ties. The Two of Wands shows the fact that what is going to come is being looked at with bated breath while the Page of Wands shows that it is time to have new people enter your lives. Both are indicative of something that you wish and long for but is yet to see light of day. There are thoughts about wanting to have overseas connections either professional or personal both of which mean a change in the current scenario; there are also thoughts about how the young ones in who are already there and who are likely to come about are the ones who will make the change for a better tomorrow. As we do know the past is gone and there is not much you can do about it. The future is unknown and all you have is now.

It is important to remember that no matter what you are telling yourself the Guide or the Divine is with you helping you through difficult times. You might be going through a tough phase and your mind will be at an all-time low and also telling you that things are bad and that there is no point in anything. That is because of the movement of The Moon which moves from being full to thinning down in the waning stage. This will affect your mind and all that there is in it and make you feel most unfit to carry on with strength and vigour. The Hierophant which comes along is to reassure you that this is a passing phase and you are strong enough to deal with anything that comes your way. 

21 June – 23 July

A bountiful time ahead with most things financial coming to a conclusion. The Queen of Pentacles shows there could be sudden unexpected money coming your way either through inheritance or through gifts from elders in the family especially women, while the Seven of Pentacles shows how all these unexpected showers of goodness will add to your already good collection of wealth and prosperity. It is also a time to reflect on investments and how to make this bounty grow without making a dent in your spending habits. There is also a chance of new additions to the family and it will be a happy time to celebrate this aspect. The Queen shows grand celebrations of the life lived with experiences and you will benefit from all good happenings.

23 July –23 August

If there are plans for expansion and overhaul of work-related situations, then this is the time to set them all rolling. The Page of Pentacles indicates new occasions and paths being laid out for future development and progress. This will apply to the youngsters in the family and in companies where their role will be appreciated and acted upon. The Empress comes as a symbol of fertility and there could be additions to families through children, relations and other strong bonds. The Empress also shows the way — the best way — forward in terms of work expansion, family ties and almost anything to do with growth and progress. Look into all aspects to see how best this time can be used for all of that.

The trend of good things and great times continues this week too for Virgos and truly it is a time to make the best of all the goodness being doled out to you by the Universe. There is a lot of money coming in — either through gifts and earnings — and there is also a lot of companionship and friendship related occasions that will show how valued you are. There will many happy occasions of gatherings celebrating your existence and don’t be surprised by the amount of attention you will garner at this point in time. The Ten of Pentacles shows that while there will be a fair amount of spending there will also be a lot coming in which will help maintain the balance. The Ten of Cups also indicates a full, happy life which is something truly heart-warming.

No doubt, times may be difficult. You will want to set things down and make a move out of the current scenario. But you also must remember that a very strong, male energy is looking out for you with a clear will to ensure that only the best comes your way. The Seven of Cups indicates that a lot of people around you are double-faced so be careful who you trust and show all your feelings to. The King of Swords is an indication that he is protecting you through this phase with an eye on strength protection and the guidance to ensure that you tread the right path. Just be sure that this too shall pass, and you will be out of this seemingly distressing time very soon. Just don’t give up on your dreams and goals.

23 October – 22 November

The Ace of Pentacles and The World coming together can only mean that this week is going to be full of achievements and glory. You will make a mark in the field you are in and you will shine through the clouds to make sure that everyone sees your light and talent. This is also a time when you can sit back and say that you have got almost all that you have worked for and asked for. And that is not something small, as such occasions are rare and few and you will have to make the most of it while it lasts. The earning capacity will be big and so will the completion of any major project on which future ones rests. If this goes well then you can be sure all the others will fall into place making you secure and confident.

There is a partnership that is beyond your reach. It could be someone or something you are seeking to attain — but are too far away place wise and thought wise. Or it could be something you might let go in a moment of foolishness. And the thing is, once an action has been performed there will be consequences to it, and you cannot escape that. The Devil drives a hard bargain, where the choices you make will have their own results to bear and it cannot be easy because you are looking to the future and beyond your shores. And that is indicated by the Three of Wands that shows ambition and future decisions. Either way, you are not in an enviable position and things will be tough for a while.

22 December – 20 January

It is not the best time for you to refuse what comes your way. In fact, there is a big change indicated in the cards at this point, which can turn your life upside down temporarily. The Four of Cups shows that there are pointers being given to you to find ways and means to adapt to the new things coming along your way, but you are not seeing any of it. Sometimes the truth will stare you in the face and you will still miss the signs. On the other hand, the Tower that comes tumbling down indicates the end of the old and the start of something new — and you would do well to prepare for it even if you don’t know exactly what the change is going to be. 

20 January –18 February

Even if you are surrounded by hostility, you know that whatever actions you take, they are the right ones and just for the time being. The Chariot indicates the intrinsic attitude of doing and seeing the larger picture and acting on it, while the Five of Wands brings this turbulent element into the scheme of things. All you can do is not to lose your cool so that you make decisions that the best for all. Also, this is not the time to see things in black and white. Allow for some grey areas which can bring about flexibility and understanding for those who need it. Bending here and there does not take away from your leadership qualities and will, in fact, endear you to those who are working and living with you.

18 February –20 March

When you feel burdened, you must consciously be carefree and not worry about the outcomes. No doubt work, family and other pressures will make you feel like you are carrying Atlas on your shoulders. You can ‘shrug’ — in fact, you can make it a light load and take a break so that you come back refreshed and rejuvenated to be able to look through things without getting weighed down and depressed. The Fool card shows you need to lighten up and also look at life beyond your shores. The Ten of Wands indicates the weight on your shoulders that make you feel bent. Remember these are all temporary and nothing lasts. Good or bad, everything has a way of balancing out and life is nothing but a game of see-saw.
