The ultimate truth of self and inner peace – All is one and one is all

In today’s world, growth in technology is not just amazing but incredible. You can reach any corner of the world and connect with anyone sitting in one place. You can have access to anything and communicate within fraction of seconds but with all the growth and technology, the essential need of human beings (their peace) is totally taken away.

One of the major differences between animals and humans is the need to have a peaceful mind. Of course animals do have their own needs like food, water and shelter which they take care of by themselves. The factor called ‘Peace of Mind’ is very essential for us as human beings, because we live with a constant concern about our future. But we fail to understand that peace in the present moment is the only way to create a peaceful and prosperous future. But nobody realises that the presence of peace is nothing but the absence of fear and pain. The real peace is not living a powerful life but living a fearless life which is possible only by realising the self. And the truth is it’s not that easy to realise the self.

    Advaitha Vedanta

Even a great divine personality like Adi Shankara, the proponent of ‘Advaitha’ felt that he was committing a sin just because he failed to understand the ‘self’. According to him, he says he has committed the following three sins and therefore seeks pardon for the same.

Without realising that God is omnipresent, he was in search of the real God in the name of pilgrimages and yatras.

He prayed and meditated with a form without realising that God is beyond name and form

Without knowing that He is beyond words and thoughts, Adi Shankara kept on reciting mantras in praise of the Lord

We all must realise that God is not only unexplainable, he is ineffable.

This Advaitha Vedanta should not be considered as just a Hindu text, it is a holy scripture which insists that all is one and one is all. The best prayer of all the prayers is praying within the self, through the self and for the self which is called as Manasika pooja.

A life full of peace and prosperity is unbelievably possible only when you realise the ultimate truth of human existence. Your body is the only shrine where you can feel the shining eternal light of the divine power. How much ever effort you take to reach a place or create an external space to attain or experience God, without creating the right conditions within the body, you can never experience oneness with God.

Above all, realising yourself is realising that the power of all powers is God power and that God power is always within you. With this power and wisdom, you can achieve anything and everything with real peace and happiness. In simple terms, all the efforts that we take to understand and realise the power of the self, is not to renounce anything but to rejoice everything and to achieve success and create a future without fear and failure.

Wishing you a life full of Peace, Success and Happiness!!
