Our mind tends to collect a lot of garbage
The reason is, an unhealthy human being can bring disease or discomfort to another. But unless we understand the myth behind real health, we cannot achieve it.
Chennai
Today the world is focused on human health. While there is some facilitation to bring happiness in relationships or bettering financial status and skill, etc. there is no collective global focus in these areas. The reason is, an unhealthy human being can bring disease or discomfort to another. But unless we understand the myth behind real health, we cannot achieve it.
1 The mind can function only when the body is there, and the body can survive only when required life-energy is there within the body. In today’s world with growing technology and infrastructure, we are unable to live in peace because of the inability to find solutions for existing mental stress and solutions on how to live life free of stress. Psychosomatic disorders or mind-oriented physical ailments are the highest cause of health disorders even in developed countries.
2 In the Vedas, the name for nature is ‘harmony’. Nature is always in harmony. If something is called nature, it means it is in harmony and if something isn’t as per nature, it means ‘it is in disharmony’. By nature, the mind and body function in harmony.
3 For both body and mind to function you need energy. The one thing that immediately disturbs life-energy isn’t fear or anger, it is self-esteem. Self-Esteem exists only for human beings. As per research, 95% of suicide cases are due to self-esteem issues, not due to lack of finance or health. Let us understand self-esteem. Because unless understood, it cannot be addressed. People confuse attitude with self-esteem. ‘What you feel about yourself is Attitude’ and ‘what you feel others feel about you is Self-Esteem’.
Research therefore shows shocking results that people with high attitude have committed suicide.
4 Consider a dustbin. It isn’t a dirty place, it’s where dirty things are thrown to keep the rest of the place neat and clean. Similarly, you want it or not, every mind acts like a dustbin or garbage collector.
It’s not your choice; every bad thing is automatically there in the mind.
But what is your role here? You cannot avoid people throwing garbage in a garbage box, but you do have a choice to clean the garbage box every day. A garbage box that’s cleaned every day and kept open does not stink, and virus & bacteria are incapable of growing in it. But if you try to close the box without cleaning it, it will stink, and virus and bacteria will grow in it. Its unavoidable.
That’s the nature of nature.
You cannot have a bad emotion or a disturbing thought if you make sure your garbage is regularly cleaned. However, to avoid the smell or to avoid the dirt instead of cleaning it if you close it, it will only facilitate further growth of virus and bacteria. In the same way, you will have a bad emotion or negative thought for your own self if you fail to clean your own garbage.
5 One must realize the mind is a garbage collector. Failing to understand this one will suffer forever. But once this science is understood, there is no more suffering, you will prosper forever and experience eternal bliss.
Meditation is the solution. You don’t need to look into the garbage box to check what’s in there, you simply throw out the garbage and keep it ready for the next day. Now there is no possibility for the growth of negative thoughts, low self-esteem, depression etc. Such a divine power is called atma-dhyana. Anyone can practice atma-dhyana with the grace and blessing of Guruji, and one will have the power to gift oneself a life they want to live, free of stress and full of success.
Wishing you a life of Health, Peace, and Happiness.
