Healthy brain, first step to divinity
Last week we focused on the essential requirement to experience oneness with the self and with the universe: Meditation, dhyana or sadhana. In this state of oneness, you no longer exist in this universe but you are in the state of Youniverse; you are the universe.
What happens in this state isn’t under one’s control and what is going to happen is not known. But what will be known is that whatever will happen will happen for a good and great reason. The question then is: Is it possible to achieve this state of oneness with the self which I call the Youniverse? The answer is, Yes, it can be achieved! But to achieve this state, the presence of three vital elements are necessary:
A healthy body:
That can eliminate toxins and maintain its healthy state
A healthy mind:
Free of stress and where anger, fear and doubt are neutralised.
A healthy, properly functioning brain:
The first two, a healthy body and healthy mind can only be accomplished when one has a properly functioning brain, because the entire body functions based on the endorphins and neurotransmitters that receive and transmit signals from the brain to every part of the body. Even though millions of biochemical changes take place in the body every millisecond, the entire body is controlled only by these chemicals created in the brain called neurotransmitters without which there can be no maintenance and sustenance of the body and its functions.
This scientific understanding is necessary for one to realise that the brain plays the most crucial role in maintaining a healthy physical body and mind and further you in the process of attaining the oneness you seek.
The conclusion therefore is that the brain be maintained in optimal condition throughout one’s lifetime. The health and strength of the physical brain can be achieved by connecting to the non-physical body. The Vedas say, sariram arogyam can be achieved through asariram shakti. Atma dhyana is one powerful way to connect with the non-physical body. Atma dhyana isn’t just the process to attain spiritual success, but it is the most effective spiritual practice to achieve physical health, brain power and mental strength to get unstoppable financial abundance. It is the power that prepares an individual to effortlessly attain the Youniverse where one can reverse all karma and create a future full of unstoppable fortune.
Wishing you a life full of peace, joy, and success. Aham Brahmasmi!!
