Health is truly wealth
As humans, we live for our dreams and goals. Wealth, education, family etc. We seek motivation and inspiration through different means like books, speeches, YouTube videos only to get the energy to achieve these goals.

In the pursuit of our goals we forget one fundamental need for existence: health. It is not deliberate that health isn’t a priority but we’re too involved in the pressures of time, work, family, etc and use these as excuses to ignore the body.
To achieve all that we want in life, we need to stay healthy. In order to chase our dreams and attain ourgoal, we need to ensure we are physically fit. For that, the basic need of the body is proper bodily functions such as purification and proper circulation of blood, an essential need to survive with good health. Good circulation determines the absorption of oxygen and elimination of toxins from the body.Â
An important factor in circulation is the force with which blood circulates in the body. But what is the significanceof the right kind of force in blood circulation?Â
I shall use the example of power supply to explain this concept. For an electric appliance to work, you need power supply with the right voltage. If the voltage is too high, it will damage the appliance and if the voltage is very low, it will not work properly. Blood is the current but for the equipment to work you need the apporpriate voltage or force of blood circulation.Â
The right force for blood circulation helps achieve the three fundamental parameters necessary to maintain health of the internal organs, the brain and the nervous system: Absorption of nutrients from food.Â
Absorption of Oxygen: When cells absorb oxygen to their fullest capacity, oxidation or generation of free radicals is not possible thereby eliminating the source of cancer and ensuring optimal functioning of internal organs.Â
Elimination of toxins: When blood circulates with the required force, the body can eliminate carbon dioxide and toxins from the system. This is said to prevent nervous disorders and certain diseases.Â
This force can be achieved through various processes like breathing exercises. One such powerful method is prana-vritti that has brought tremendous change in people’s health. Roughly around 90% of a person’s health is decided by the strength and health of the internal organs and the nervous system. Exercising the body keeps the bones strong and maintains the shape of the body to some extent. Prana-vritti is a method to exercise the internal organs and the nervous system.Â
With sincere and disciplined practice, prana-vritti can bring about rapid changes in health and raise the energy levels. The practice can help develop and maintain one’s immunity level. The divine truth is that God has blessed every human being to be disease -free and experience vibrant health for a lifetime. Wishing you a life full of peace, health and happiness.Â
