A screenshot of a tweet claimed to have been posted by former US president Barack Obama has gone viral. It shows Obama shaking hands with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The tweet said, “Today I am shameful (sic) for a handshake with this man.”
Alt News was unable to find any tweet by Obama addressing Modi recently. Also the tweet is manufactured as it is rife with spelling, grammatical errors. Hence, the viral message was proven as a hoax.
