A video of a man riding a bike while pushing a mini-Ferris wheel on the road has gone viral. A woman is also seen sitting with her luggage in one of the seats of the Ferris wheel. It was shared as a clip pertaining to migrant workers. Alt News performed a reverse image search of the first frame of the video on Yandex and found that the video was uploaded in November 2018 by a YouTube account holder called Time For Utpatang.
