A video of people waiting sans masks at a bus stand has gone viral. In the clip, a woman without a face mask advocates discretionary use of masks. Those around her are seen removing their face masks after this. The logos of National Health Mission and Madhya Pradesh government are also visible. Alt News found that the Collector of Jabalpur had actually tweeted this video on March 18, before the lockdown and when COVID cases reported in the country were comparatively low.
