Ayyakkannu in his complaint said that there was a fake information of him accepting money from BJP leader Amit Shah to give up protests. He also said, there were many disgraceful posts being made against him and the movement. So, he asked that the cyber-crime wing to look into the issue and take action against those making such posts. He also reacted that a few online editions had claimed that the DMK and Congress were instigating the protest against the BJP. “I keep on saying that we are not backed by any political party and it was our association that decided to protest in Delhi and contest against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and so, I will face legally if any such claims are circulated against me,” he said. Ayyakkannu further said that the Commissioner assured to find out the miscreants through the cyber-crime personnel.
